I think she may look like a he simply because of a few small things.
The boobs seem to be a little too 'square' for the female anatomy, I feel, like when it's combined with the shoulders it looks more like that, you know? Females are a lot curvier than males, so they need more... bounce? Like a ball! Lol!

The other thing about it would have to be the shape of the face. I know face shapes vary, but general woman have a more round shape compared to the men who are a lot more defined and pointy with their faces, I suppose you could say. Maybe a bit of lip action may help as well, not too sure, lol!

All in all, I'm definitely impressed with how you've shaded it. The fact that you used different shades of different colours to shade in the dress is what's really appealed to me here. The creases all seem to be in working order, along with the shading in the skin and hair. My two favourite things about this picture has got to be the dress and the hair - I love how you can make the straightness of it look just as stunning and appealing as bouncy hair that sort of forces it's grasps down your throat xD <3
